Armarium Cabinet
In ancient Rome, the Armarium was a place to
keep arms. The name later evolved to encompass
any storage unit that was set upright in the wall
of a room. Items of value; clothes, books, money,
ornaments and pictures were kept safe within the
Armarium. Woodchester Cabinet Makers now offer

Classically stylish with contemporary adaptability,
it's sleek lines and time-honoured design make
the Armarium the perfect piece of quality handcrafted

Of course, being free-standing, you also have
the advantage of being able to take it with you
should you decide to move.
The Armarium is made using a stable, solid wood
carcass. A tulip wood frame is then attached to
the front of this. The doors are set within the
frame and hung on brass or satin chrome cabinet
makers butt hinges, adding your choice of traditional
